Disaster 211 is a free and confidential service that connects residents to information about critical disaster-related resources available in their community. Disaster 211 can be activated by local County officials during an active incident of disaster and provides incident-specific information such as information on road closures, evacuation orders, and shelters.
Information and referral through Disaster 211 is available in over 150 languages by phone, and in English and Spanish through automated text. Our Disaster 211 web-based guided search is coming soon!
